Amanda became enamored with the pace and lifestyle of the food industry over 15 years ago. She has been working ever since in every different aspect of the business from busser to pantry prep to management. Amanda started to focus her food instincts on sweet things and went on to culinary School to study pastry, where she fell in love with all things decadent and delicate… especially cakes. Moving to the pioneer valley in 2005, she quickly became ensconced in the locavore movement and all the valley farms and dairies had to offer. She uses these practices whenever she can in the food that she produces. She loves to know where her food comes from. She loves to eat. She loves her cat and her husband.
