Julie Copoulos

Julie started baking bread as a way to knit her loves of food and science into one. Using the levain (what bakers use to mix bread) Julie began to learn the process bread making, always creating new life from old, continuing the cycle with a perpetuated culture day by day by day. It is through this process that Julie draws much inspiration, peace and creativity. Julie lives in Easthampton and believes in good food, community, and feeding those who in turn feed her.
