Our menu changes with the season. We are thrilled to have access to such a variety of fruits and vegetables sourced from local farms in the area. We try our best to preserve the bounty of the warm months, so we can share the taste of the summertime in the cold of winter. Our tarts, galettes and quiches creatively showcase our culinary intrigue as well as our desire to use local produce. We offer a daily soup, salad, quiche and salad as well as a full sandwich menu.

 

Our Sandwich Menu:

House Braised Pork Shoulder. Cumin, orange, shaved ham, swiss, dijon, dill and house pickles. Served with potato salad. 10.75.

Salami. Pepperoncini, parmesan, caesar, greens. With potato salad. 9.

Grapefruit and Chickpea Salad. Open faced on baguette with cranberry, yogurt , feta and parsley. Served with salad. 9.

House Roasted Chicken. Red wine and bacon, aioli, dijon, fennel and onion. With potato salad. 9.50.

Avocado, Bacon and Cheddar. (VT Smokehouse). With Pickled Jalapeno & Aioli. With potato salad. 9.25.

Brisket. Housemade hoisin, aioli, cilantro, pickled red onion and house fermented hot sauce. *contains peanuts. With potato salad. 10.75
