Breads

 

We believe in honoring a drawn out bread baking process to maximize flavor, shelf life, and healthfulness. Many of our breads are 100% naturally leavened and can be easily digested by people who experience intolerances to gluten or wheat products. Bread is best stored in a paper bag- inside of a plastic bag. Stored properly your bread will last about a week.
